the location suited my travel needs very well. the staff offered friendly help. the room was very clean upon arrival. the included tea and coffee added a nice touch! i found everything quite new.

the bed was a little small. it wasn't as comfortable for two people as i hoped.

I discovered a pub downstairs during check-in. It created a unique experience. i even enjoyed someone singing billy idol one evening. That was AMAZING!!! they did stop at a decent time, so i slept well.

The location provides easy access to many attractions. i walked from the train station with ease. It took four minutes. the heart of the city centre is only 10 to 15 minutes by foot.

My room was clean and well-kept. The location suited my needs perfectly. The check-in process at the pub downstairs went very smoothly. The staff helped me store my luggage until my room was available.

The location was central, offering immediate access to the city center. The staff in the pub were cute and helpful (I especially appreciated this). The hotel not sketchy at all. The bed was comfy.

Check-in was a bit complicated because I had to go to different locations before finding the right one. There was no kettle in the room for making drinks. The machine in the hallway charged £1 per drink, and the latte I made was not very good (I was not happy with this).
